Ever since our first visit to Red Robin on a night when the Red Robin was there to greet kids, Benjamin has had a serious fear of this dude. He talks a lot about "the Robin," and asks about him a lot. He got brave and wanted to go back to the restaurant and "give the robin a high five," but upon our 2nd visit, he only managed the high five and then a dinner of fear where he couldn't take his eyes off the costumed bird for fear it would get too close. Which it did when it came to our table, and we had to comfort a crying boy. He still wanted to go back, so we went again a few nights ago and this time he conquered his fear and was Brave Benjamin.

Brave Benjamin had a breakfast date with mommy at a new diner down the street.

Brave Benjamin was not so brave, however, as to want anything to do with Uncle Adam's motorcycle. Jack, however, was very eager to explore his inner wild child.

Little Gav man is 10 months old today. He's such a charmer.

...and a biter.
