I've started thinking our kids are pretty lucky that they often get to celebrate their birthdays 2-3 times, between their friend parties, family parties, and actual birth days :) On Jack's actual birthday he opened the gifts Mike and I gave him, enjoyed a #5 pancake, and had a ball going to his buddy Jaxson's birthday party at a local bowling alley.
